When you send us an enquiry we receive your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, any budget range, and whatever you write in the message.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — for security and diagnostics. That is all of it.

We use your details to read your enquiry, reply to it, and have the conversation you asked for. If we go on to work together, we keep the correspondence as a record of what was agreed.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers — so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss. If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask you first.

Only the providers that make this work: our hosting provider and our email provider, and the business software where your correspondence is stored. Each handles your data on our instructions, under contract.

Otherwise we disclose personal data only where the law requires it.

We are based in Zimbabwe and our providers operate internationally, so your data may be stored outside your own country. Where we receive personal data from the UK or the EU, we put the standard contractual protections in place.

We keep enquiries for two years after our last contact. Where we work together, we keep correspondence for the life of the relationship and then six years for tax and contractual records.

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, export it, or stop using it. Email info@enhanceit.co.zw and we will — free, and within a month.

If something here concerns you, tell us and we will look into it. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

When we build or maintain a system for a client, we may handle personal data belonging to that client's customers or staff. In that work the client decides what happens to the data and we act on their instructions, under a written agreement. If you are their customer, contact them directly about your data.

We may update this page. The date at the top changes when we do.
