ICT Infrastructure

Network, telephony, surveillance and hardware installation for offices and sites.
  • The problem

Networks that were extended informally over time produce unreliable connectivity, undocumented cabling and equipment that nobody is accountable for.

  • What we do

We survey the site, design and install the physical infrastructure — structured cabling, networks, wireless coverage, VoIP telephony, CCTV and access control — and supply the associated hardware.

  • The outcome

Reliable, documented infrastructure installed to standard, with clear support arrangements.

In practice

Applications are only as reliable as the infrastructure beneath them. Because we deliver both, responsibility for performance sits in one place.

Installations are carried out to standard: cabling routed and trunked, network configuration documented, and surveillance equipment positioned according to a site assessment rather than convenience.

Every installation is handed over with documentation, so future work does not require rediscovery of what is already in place.

What this covers

  • Network design and installation
  • Structured cabling and trunking
  • Wireless network coverage design
  • VoIP telephony installation
  • CCTV and surveillance systems
  • Access control and biometric systems
  • Server room setup
  • Hardware supply and procurement
  • Workstation setup and migration
  • Site surveys and as-built documentation

What you receive

  • Site survey and installation plan
  • Structured cabling and containment
  • Configured network, telephony or surveillance system
  • Supplied and commissioned hardware
  • As-built documentation
  • Handover and maintenance schedule

Our process

A defined delivery process

Every engagement follows the same six stages, so you always know the current position, what it costs, and what must be completed before the next stage begins.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We review your current systems and processes with the teams that use them, and define the objectives, scope and constraints of the engagement.

  2. 02

    Proposal

You receive a written proposal setting out the recommended approach, deliverables, timeline and costs, for approval before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Design

Interface designs, system architecture and, where relevant, site plans are produced and signed off while changes remain straightforward.

  4. 04

    Development

Work is delivered in defined stages you can review and test, with regular progress updates throughout the engagement.

  5. 05

    Deployment

Installation, data migration and user training are completed, and source code, documentation and account credentials are formally handed over.

  6. 06

    Support

Ongoing maintenance, technical support and further development under an agreed service level.
