Cloud & Hosting Services

Domain registration, web and application hosting, business email and cloud infrastructure.
  • The problem

Domains registered to former suppliers, business correspondence running through personal accounts, and no clear ownership of hosting create operational and commercial risk.

  • What we do

We register and manage domains, host websites and applications, deploy business email on your own domain, and manage the cloud infrastructure beneath — with all records registered to your organisation.

  • The outcome

Infrastructure your organisation owns and controls, with defined support arrangements.

In practice

Hosting and domain management receive little attention until something fails, at which point the commercial impact is immediate. A lapsed domain or a misconfigured mail server affects revenue directly.

We register .co.zw, .com, .org.zw, .co.za, .edu and .net domains, host the websites and applications that run on them, and deploy business email on your own domain.

All registrations and accounts are held in your organisation's name. Should you appoint another provider, everything transfers with you.

Our process

A defined delivery process

Every engagement follows the same six stages, so you always know the current position, what it costs, and what must be completed before the next stage begins.

  1. 01

    Discovery

We review your current systems and processes with the teams that use them, and define the objectives, scope and constraints of the engagement.

  2. 02

    Proposal

You receive a written proposal setting out the recommended approach, deliverables, timeline and costs, for approval before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Design

Interface designs, system architecture and, where relevant, site plans are produced and signed off while changes remain straightforward.

  4. 04

    Development

Work is delivered in defined stages you can review and test, with regular progress updates throughout the engagement.

  5. 05

    Deployment

Installation, data migration and user training are completed, and source code, documentation and account credentials are formally handed over.

  6. 06

    Support

Ongoing maintenance, technical support and further development under an agreed service level.
