Every engagement follows the same six stages, so you always know the current position, what it costs, and what must be completed before the next stage begins.

We review your current systems and processes with the teams that use them, and define the objectives, scope and constraints of the engagement.

Proposal
You receive a written proposal setting out the recommended approach, deliverables, timeline and costs, for approval before any work begins.

Design
Interface designs, system architecture and, where relevant, site plans are produced and signed off while changes remain straightforward.

Development
Work is delivered in defined stages you can review and test, with regular progress updates throughout the engagement.

Deployment
Installation, data migration and user training are completed, and source code, documentation and account credentials are formally handed over.

Support
Ongoing maintenance, technical support and further development under an agreed service level.
